Course of work

Signing the contract, writing and approving the Terms of Reference

At this stage, the scope of work, the deadline and the amount of payment are approved. The development of unique icons, illustrations, fonts, as well as photography and other services outside the Terms of Reference are not provided under this Agreement (with the exception of elements separately specified in the Terms of Reference). Additional improvements, as well as improvements beyond the scope of the Terms of Reference, are paid separately

Website design in accordance with the approved Terms of Reference

The prototype is a clickable html skeleton of the site, which has nothing to do with the design. This is an information scheme that reflects the information concept (idea) of the future site. It recreates the structure of information sections and functional content (services) of all its key sections.

The prototype is approved

Making edits to the Prototype within the terms of reference. By the final stage of creating a prototype of the project , the preliminary terms of reference are checked once again for compliance with the price specified in the contract and transformed into the final Terms of Reference.

Creating a unique design the number of options is approved in the Terms of Reference

Unique graphic design of the Site in accordance with the Prototype. This is a variant of the design of the main page and the graphical shell of the internal pages, demonstrating the overall visual (compositional, color, font, navigation) solution of the main pages of the site. The design concept is presented as a file in raster format or in a printout by agreement of the parties.

Work on creating a Website based on the Terms of Reference and the approved Design concept of the Website. Changing the Prototype and Design of the site is not envisaged at this stage.

Testing and launching the project

Errors found

Correction of errors. Please note: this is only about bug fixes, not edits. Changing the Prototype, Website Design and website functionality is not provided at this stage.

Project delivery

The site is transferred to the Customer by sending an e-mail link to a working copy of the site at the test address The contractor, access links to the system, login and password from the site management system. The transfer of the site to a working hosting site and a domain name is carried out after the Customer pays in full for the Contractor's work under this agreement. The Contract, provided that the Customer provides access to the hosting site in a timely manner.
